You can't paint? That's all right.

I'll paint them for you

These little cotton bags have original images printed upon them.  The images are taken from my hand painted ceramics.  Each little sachet is an original.

Available in my Etsy shop

  1. These are adorable!!! Do you think I could store lettuce in them? I am looking for some cotton or linen bags to store lettuce in the refrigerator. These are so pretty and they would be perfect if they are food safe!!! So creative you are!!!

  2. Hi Barbara, these little bags are foodsave, however, they only measure 3.5 x 6 inches. I keep seeds and herbs in them. They are perfect for lavender sachets. Probably too small for keeping lettuce.

  3. Hi Gina,

I just ordered some of these beautiful sachets from your Etsy. I cannot wait to fill them with lavender from my garden. Now my lavender will be elevated to an art form! Your designs are absolutely wonderful. Have a delightful weekend.

  4. Dear Jermaine, I am so delighted that you like the little sachets.

You want me to pick? I can easily do that but I would love to have an idea. There are two major categories, Italian Renaissance and farm animals. Do you have a preference?

Sachets will be shipped Monday morning and thank you very much.

  9. Thank you for your order Barbara. I will keep your Italian heritage in mind when selecting your little bags.

I only have access to the smaller bags. I'm sorry that I can not come up with something that would work for you, at this time. I will try and find something suitable.

Your order will ship Monday morning.

A happy Sunday to you and thanks again.

  11. Hi Gina,

I do love them all...how about 3 from each of the 2 categories. I love roosters and deer and anything in the Italian Renaissance motif.

  16. Dear Gina,

much thanks for your so friendly comment to my ex voto heart. I had never thought that I would find such a special treasure at the monthly little fleamarket in our small village. I saw it and have known this must be mine. It is a little bit older than I thought, from the years 1850 til 1870.
I love vintage and antiques and have 5 old madonnas - one of them is very special too. It is an old and artful bisque-madonna from the famous germany manufacture "Meissen" and it is a very lovely birthday-gift from my sweet parents-in-law. You can see the madonna in my sidebar-photos.
Lucky girl I´am, my parents-in-law love antiques as much as I do.
To find a really old ex voto heart in germany is very difficult I think. It was a big big luck!
Sometimes I see pictures from fleamarkets in other countrys and I wish I could be there. So many fantastic things.
I wish you the best for finding a beautiful old ex voto heart and send you my friendliest greetings from germany,

    Tanja

  18. Gina - I received the beautiful sachet bags & they are absolutely beautiful. So much so that I will be very fussy about who I give one to as I really want to keep them all for myself! They are so wonderful & I really can't wait to put some trinkets or herbs inside for gifts. My friends & family will be so excited to get one! Thanks again! You are a very special & talented friend!
