ReplyDeleteDear Rosemary, Well, I didn't paint at all yesterday but worked in the garden and then we had a glass or two of champagne admiring our work. The doors are over 200 years old and come from Argentina. We found them when we were building our house.
ReplyDeleteDear Karen, It was such a warm, almost too hot, day so I was easily persuaded to stay outside for most of the day.

Dear Mark, The doors are very heavy and originally were four feet taller. That part was cut off and we now have a handome cabinet made from the cut off piece.
ReplyDeleteMarbling some of my ceramics is my own invention. The technique is left over from the days I taught decorative painting at our local college.
