And a bit of strong glue
Glue tiles onto board, add plastic feet to board.
Four small tiles hold several sticky preserve jars.
So easy to keep clean.
Not just for Jams and Jellies.
Also great for condiments.
And many more uses.
Have a great weekend my dear Blogging Friends.

Would you share where you got those beautiful canning labels. This post makes me think about an Italian countryside. Beautifully done.
ReplyDeleteHello afoodie,
DeleteI make my own canning labels. The images come from my hand painted ceramics. I print on plain paper using a setting where I can print 8 images onto a sheet of paper. I glue the labels onto the jars with Elmers glue.
Contact me through my Etsy shop and I will make some for you.
What a talent you are Gina - love your four tile board - so useful, attractive, and beautifully presented - it would make a great cheese board too.
ReplyDeleteDear Rosemary,
DeleteI am so pleased that you like my very practical little tray. You are right, it also makes a great cheese board. Right now it holds a group of Primula Auricula which are coming into bloom.
Dear Gina,
ReplyDeleteyou have the best ideas and your presentation is always outstanding. Your painted scenes with your lovely colors make for a very happy table. To glue the tiles on a board is so clever. I had a mishap with one of mine
(luckily not the one from you) as it got stuck on a Maple syrup bottle and then fell off to shatter on the floor. It is a rainy day in Texas and the garden loves it.
Have a wonderful Sunday, Sieglinde
Dear Sieglinde,
DeleteTell me what kind of tile you would like and I will send it to you. I may already have one painted. Or, I will send you 4 smaller tiles (the size pictured) and you can make your own tray.
Finally, Spring may be coming to our area. The fruit trees are blooming.
Gina, I always admire everything you do! Your are so talented and your sense of color is a gift. I am getting ready to do some minor cosmetic changes in our kitchen. Would you be so kind as to share the name and brand of your kitchen cabinets? Jan Garon
ReplyDeleteHello Jan,
DeleteMy kitchen cabinets were custom made by Teerlink, of Salt Lake City. I painted them with 3 different colored glazes to give them a celedon look. The cabinets were made about 25 years ago. As far as I know the company is still making cabinets.
