  1. Gina, those daffs are a visual feast! I also want to tell you that your tale of the disappearing flower cookies made me chuckle. How could those cookies have lasted a minute longer? Even if they did look so beautiful on your decorated plate!

    1. Dear Mary, These are the first of the Daffodils that appeared in my garden. Next will be the Pheasant Eye, one of my most favorites. Spring is slow in coming around here. I noticed that your garden is already lush and green. I'm still waiting for the grass to green up and the fruit trees to show some kind of life.

  3. Dear Gina - It looks like Spring at its best where you are. Here in Florida, I'm just grateful not to be running the air-condtioning every day!

    1. Dear Mark, The days when air conditioning is welcome is not so far away. Here in the desert we jump right into summer after only a few weeks of Spring weather. Last night it was in the low 20s and I fear that our fruit blossoms didn't make it.

  7. Dear Gina - glad that spring has arrived in your corner of the world. When it does come it all seems to happen so quickly - I want to shout stop so that I can absorb it and take it all.

    1. Dear Sieglinde, The Daffodils have just begun to bloom. There will be many more. There are so many varieties. Some will not bloom for another 2 weeks.... they are very accommodating and provide many bouquets for the house.
I love the pictures of your Azaleas which you sent to me. Wish I could grow them in this climate.
