    And yes, 2016 is off to an energized beginning here...not everyone head down to stand in the middle of Times Square waiting for midnight. I've had black-eyed peas for luck and actually worked today...all the while wondering who would want to go shopping for clothes on New Year's Day.

    1. Dear Frances, I forgot about the black-eyed peas. I used to incorporate them in my Ossobuco Milanese con Gremolata recipe, a recipe I brought home with me from our cooking school experience in Venice.
      I will quickly rectify my oversight because I need that good luck.
