I'm back
Could you sleep in this room?
I could and I did.
I live with a lot of color.
Every single day.
So happy to see that frost has not yet come.
It's great to be back.
But I got so used to having Gelato every afternoon.
Did you know that Gelato contains less cream and more milk and sometimes no eggs at all? It is churned at a lower speed, hence is denser and has more flavor.

Know there's a lot awaiting your green thumb now you're home again - happy there's been no frost as this must mean you still have veggies and fruits to pick, plums, apples etc?
I love gelato too - and it must be healthier and lower in calories than ice cream!

DeleteThank you for the sweet welcome home message. Yes, there will be many more pictures. You know how it is: There isn't enough time to get caught up in the tasks which need to be done. We had a most wonderful time in Italy. Discovered a few new places...some we will visit again.

DeleteEvery room of the first floor was painted from top to bottom. All in a country house not too far from Venice. I took lots of pictures and will post them soon.

That's an amazing room. I could sleep there, but probably wouldn't because there would be so many things to study in the paintings all around the room. Gorgeous colour! Glad you had a great trip.

ReplyDeleteso nice to see you have returned and I hope you had wonderful dreams in that room.....and a great vacation. The colors you present are always very special and I enjoyed similar ones before leaving Germany recently. Here we have to wait a little longer for fall. It is 89 F today.
