    1. Vielen Dank Karin. Wir kommen euch wieder besuchen nächstes Jahr. Probably in the Fall. We would like to spend a little time in the Midi Canal area. Your beautiful Ferienhaus is not so far from there. We had duck for dinner tonight but nothing as good as your Duck Confit you served while we visited with you.
Herzlichste Grüsse and dich und Ron. Mr G sends his regards.

  10. What a feast, dear Gina, and so beautifully displayed on your own hand painted plates and bowls. For my eyes food presentation does not get
any better than yours. Our meal was quite similar, except we had a turkey, the sweet potatoes were mashed, and the vegetable dish was red
cabbage. I love the peaceful view over your pond.
Warmest greetings from sunny Texas, Sieglinde

  11. Dear Sieglinde, How do you prepare your red cabbage? We all have different recipes. Depends on what region of Germany we come from. I'm glad that the sun is shining again in Texas. We actually took a walk with the dogs without heavy coats yesterday, But as you can see our pond is freezing at the edges.
