Yes it is

going to snow tonight. And tomorrow.

We will sit by the warm fire and drink a glass of Glühwein.

We will watch the snow fall.  That is what the weatherman promised.

The house is ready.

Cooking and baking is done.

Presents have been delivered.

All we need now is a little snow for a white Christmas.

Thank you dear friends for visiting my blog.
I am grateful for each and everyone of you.

May you all enjoy this blessed season that is Christmas.

  2. Dear Gina,
so pleased to hear that snow is on the way for a white Christmas....." just like the ones I used to know". I am looking forward to some lovely
snow scenes from Utah. The sun is shining brightly in a blue sky here in Texas. We are also ready for 'Heiligabend".
Merry Christmas with snow flakes dancing outside your window.
    Warmest greetings, Sieglinde

    1. Dear Sieglinde,
No snow flakes yet dancing in front of our windows, but still promised. Celebrating Heiligabend is such a special tradition. It brings back many beautiful memories. I know that you will be serving some of the finest delicacies that the world has to offer.
      Merry Christmas.

  3. How wonderful that you will actually have a White Christmas...and that you have already finished all Christmas preparations, so that it truly is time to relax and enjoy this joyous time of the year.

I cannot tell you how much I giggled at the photograph in the previous post of Mr. G sawing the Lakota Squash. Priceless! That is one massive squash, and I can well believe that it can supply you all with quite a few meals. Wow!

Gina, it's been grand visiting hereabouts over the past year, and I so look forward to returning many times in the New Year that is just about here.

    Merry Christmas! xo
