    1. Hello Mary, Thank you so much for your lovely compliment. It is in the nineties here, as well. As long as we have water I don't mind because our nights are cool and the early morning is the best time to be out in the garden.

    1. Dear Frances, I always feel so sorry for you when you have to spend 2 days in a row working. I know how you like to be outside visiting the local market and Central Park. I have enjoyed your colorful photographs of your sojourns.

    1. Dear Rosemary, You picked my two favorite flowers of this post. I was so surprised to see the delicate peachy-pink color of my newly planted foxgloves.
I have been trying out my new camera. I know that I will love it when going on our trip to Europe this Fall. Thank you for the suggestion.

    1. Dear Mark, It's the mountains east of us which bring in the cool night air. So welcome when the temperatures are in the nineties during the day.

  9. Dear Gina,
I was longing to see the flowers in your garden, and here they are, in a wonderful display of colors. The landscape looks lush and green
and the evening light is the best for a photo shoot, especially in Texas where the light can be so strong.
    Happy greetings, Sieglinde

    1. Dear Sieglinde, Yes, morning and evenings are perfect for taking pictures. Even a rainy day does wonders for flower pictures, and of course the flowers. My flowers are beginning to make a show. This is the time of year I look forward to...when everything is growing and the fruit is ripening in the trees.

  10. You are so gifted to capture nature's beauty. I think we all are visual but it takes a special talent to make other's aware of the beauty that they have not noticed.

  17. Hello dear Gina,
Your garden is always a joy to see. You have green fingers.
I found something out for myself ... the more pots one has together, the better the plants grow.. It seems they talk to each other.
Unfortunately.. its so hot here at the moment.. over 40º .. my poor plants are suffering.
Wishing you a wonderful happy week.
Thanks for your comments left on my blog.. so appreciated Gina.

    1. Dear Val, You may be right. Flower pots do like to be placed together. Besides it is easier to water them, especially since we are all experiencing such high temperatures. I did notice that your roses look healthy and beautiful, especially your white rose with the pink blush centers.
Thank you for your visit and wishing you continued health and speedy recovery from your recent surgery.
