There is a special bread
La Brea multi-grain Artisan Bread
You can purchase it allready baked or you can finish baking it at home. It is as good as the best home made bread.
sold at Costco
When I bake bread it is usually the
no-knead type of bread.
I call it my "Instant Hero Bread"
It is delicious and has a fine crust and it is foolproof.
It tastes like fresh bread from a good French Bakery, no kidding.
The only way to eat bread is with unsalted butter and a generous (very generous) amount of home-made preserves and a good cup of coffee.
Bon Apetit,
Gina

ReplyDeleteGina,
ReplyDeleteI just went to the recipe page and printed it out. I'll have to give it a try. Your jams are "mouthwateringly" pretty!

Dear Tina, I'm pleased that you like my preserves. And you are so welcome. Gina
ReplyDeleteDear Rosemary, What would we do without bread? Some home made preserves make it even better.
ReplyDeleteHi Karen, Let me know how your bread turns out. You really can't fail.
ReplyDeleteHi Maria, So glad you stopped by and thank you for your kind words. Have a lovely weekend yourself and please drop by when you have time. Gina
ReplyDeleteGina,
ReplyDeleteHow did you know the only bread I eat is LaBrea's Multigrain? l-o-v-e it! You'll laugh at this, but I have it with either cucumbers or asparagus in between the 2 slices. Yum!
Awaiting out 3rd snowfall... only expecting 1 inch. Geez!
Dear Ann, I love the cucumber slices and asparagus on the bread... so healthy too.
