Every wall holds enough onions for many winter meals.
This bunch would make several servings of French Onion Soup.
And these are perfect for a fine onion galette.
This fragrant bunch will go into the cellar.
And these onions we will share with friends.
Walls are good for many things.
Happy Sunday to you my dear
Blogging Friends.

ReplyDeleteHello A, Our climate must be more moderate where we live. Our onions need to last all winter and must dry out before we store them in the garage. Sorry that you lost your onions.
